Early fee deadline: the early bird fee applies until 1 February 2025.
Congress registration
• Access to the scientific sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
• Access to the exhibition
• Coffee breaks and lunch breaks

Exhibitor registration
All exhibitors are required to be registered and will receive a badge displaying the exhibiting company name. Two exhibitor badges will be given for the first 6 sqm booked and for every 3 sqm extra you will receive one additional exhibitor badge. Any additional exhibitors can be ordered via the congress website. Exhibitor registrations allow access to the exhibition area only and shall be used by company staff only.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of registration has to be made in writing to the conference secretary (events.rha@radboudumc.nl)
Refunds will be provided as follows:
1. for cancellations received 3 months or more prior to event - 95% refund
2. for cancellations received 2 months prior to event - 80% refund
3. for cancellations received 1 month prior to event - 50% refund
4. for cancellations received 14 days prior to the event - 25% refund
5. for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the event - no refund
